We exist to celebrate, preserve, and re-create the value of diverse cultures through playful exchange.
WCA invites everyone—including you and me—to revisit the footsteps of the past,
capture the cultural sparks of today,
and co-create a blueprint of imagination for tomorrow.
Mission
World Cultural Affairs is a platform where the cultures of the world are archived, new stories are born,
and the fandom itself expands the world.
We do not aspire to become just another large corporation.
Instead, we seek to remain
a “cultural organization of imagination,”
where people from all over the world gather to
create together.
